My experience at this school was truly enjoyable. I was able to create life-long friends who are pursing the same career. I loved the hands on labs, which allowed me to find my own techniques. Amada, Haley, and Kayla were amazing instructors. They always made us feel safe, and encouraged us to never give up. The course work itself, was also super enjoyable. The interactive videos and memory games really helped me through the program, and even now that i have graduated from the program. Overall i enjoyed my time and all that i have learned from my instructors, my externship, and my classmates.
I do think the program could do more when it comes to obtaining your RDA license. Majority of my classmates and I were constantly in contact after the program, trying to figure out how to get our licenses. I think with all the money that is put into the program, being licensed right after the program would be more beneficial. Maybe spending one on one time with the instructors to make sure you have all the required documents to get your RDA license after the program.

I had such an amazing experience with Lubbock Dental Assistants! The staff is incredibly supportive and genuinely cares about helping every student succeed. The hands-on training gave me so much confidence for real-world dental work, and the environment is always positive and encouraging. Amanda, the instructor, is absolutely fantastic—she explains everything clearly, motivates you to do your best, and makes learning fun.
